Order Guideline

All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
Approximate shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Payment methods

We accept the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Visa Electron, Switch, Solo are also available for UK buyers.
If you prefer other form of payment, please send an inquiry from Contact Us page. We also do not save your credit card information unless you request us to, when placing your order.

Tax

All International orders are subject to their local taxes and import duties. All Canadian customers are subject to GST and PST for delivery to British Columbia.

Return Policy

We've tried Sensitille, we know you'll enjoy it. That's why, if you're not completely satisfied with your Sensitille purchase simply send it back within 60 days of purchase date for a full 100% refund (excluding shipping charges). In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 60 days of the ship date of the original order. Please email us from contact us form to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from us. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the returning package. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please do not ship the product back after the 60 day refund period has expired as we will not be able to ship it back to you. Refunds are limited to one order per customer.
